BUILD THE ATHLETE,
NOT THE SPECIALIST
The 10 movement skills every athlete needs for foundational strength, speed, and coordination.
Structured training for young athletes (8–14) and beginner adults. At home, no equipment required, no coach, no ads, and nothing tracked.
For grown-ups. We'll email you once — when Pounz launches — and never share your address. That's it.
What Pounz is
Most fitness apps are either play-only games or intimidating workouts built for gym veterans. Pounz is neither: it's real, structured movement training for young athletes and beginner adults alike, built around the skills that make an athlete at any age.
Ten foundational skills
Squat, hinge, push, pull, jump, throw, sprint, and more — trained across every session, not one sport at a time.
At home, no gear
Bodyweight-first workouts you can do in a living room. Optional equipment adapts automatically if you have it.
Right for your level
Every workout scales to the athlete — the moves, the difficulty, and the session length all fit, whether that's an 8-year-old or an adult starting fresh.
Honest progress
A physical-literacy report card that shows real coverage and consistency — never a fake score.
Why 10 skills, not one sport?
Athletes who specialize in a single sport too young get injured roughly twice as often from overuse. Broad, varied movement builds a more capable — and more durable — athlete, and keeps training fun at any age. Pounz is built on that idea from the ground up: physical literacy first, specialization later.
Built private, on purpose
Pounz stores everything on your device. No account, no servers, no analytics, no ads, no data sold or shared — the App Store privacy label reads "Data Not Collected," and it stays that way even with a paid subscription. A parental gate sits in front of anything that leaves the app. This isn't a setting; it's how the app is built.
